SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are shipped within 1-2 weeks unless otherwise stated.

You should receive an email stating that your order has been placed as well as a separate email stating that your order has shipped.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

If you haven’t received any email notification regarding your order, please contact info@somethingbysonjia.com within one week, as we may have an incorrect email address from you.

Once your package has been accepted by USPS, we are no longer responsible. If you need assistance with your package please contact USPS for further information.

Something by Sonjia does not cover the cost of international shipping.

Please note that we are NOT liable for lost or stolen packages that have been shipped to you or are being shipped to us for the purpose of returning or exchanging.
