RETURN POLICY
Cancellations
Once orders are placed the pieces are put into production right away and cannot be canceled.
Exchanges
Here at Something By Sonjia we want you to enjoy each piece that was created locally in Los Angeles and made in house. If any item(s) are unsuitable, we would be happy to accept exchanges on unworn clothing when notified within 30 days of purchase.
Please note that exchanges are only allowed to be made once per item and we do not offer refunds. You may either exchange for a different size or receive a store credit. Exchanges are based on product availability. If an item is unavailable, a store credit will be given.

Store Credit
Orders can be returned for a store credit to be used toward one single transaction within 30 days. Store credits are given in the form of a promo code to use at checkout via online or in the SBS showroom.
Returns must be sent within 30 days of purchase and we will process them within one week. Returns can be mailed or completed in the showroom whether the item(s) were purchased online or in person.

Showroom
Purchases can be made in the showroom by using credit or debit card as a form of payment.
Final Sale
All swimsuits and bodysuits are final sale. Sale items are non returnable and non refundable.
**WE ONLY ACCEPT SIZE EXCHANGES FOR NEW COLLABORATION ITEMS AND FINAL SALE FOR SALE COLLABORATION ITEMS.**
Delivery
All of the pieces are put into production based on orders received and then shipped within 1-2 weeks.
You should receive an email stating that your order has been placed as well as a separate email stating that your order has shipped.
Once your order has been placed, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
If you haven’t received any email notification regarding your order, please contact info@somethingbysonjia.com within one week.
Once your package has been accepted by USPS, we are no longer responsible. If you need assistance with your package please contact USPS for further information.
